OCERS Celebrates Topping Out Milestone

On September 2, 2026, OCERS celebrated an exciting milestone in the construction of our replacement headquarters with a Topping Out Celebration. OCERS staff, Board Members, building partners, and special guests came together to commemorate this important step in bringing our future home to life.

OCERS to Host Groundbreaking Ceremony for Replacement Headquarters
OCERS will host a groundbreaking ceremony for its Replacement Headquarters on Wednesday, April 15 at 11:00 a.m. at the adjacent jobsite located at 1200 N. Tustin Ave., Santa Ana, CA 92701.
The event will include brief remarks, a formal groundbreaking, and photo opportunities. A light lunch will follow in the OCERS Board Room.

New Headquarters Project – Site Work Beginning
February 3, 2026
The Replacement Headquarters Project has entered the Development phase. Beginning this week, site preparation work will start on the Tustin Parcel in advance of abatement and demolition of the neighboring medical office building.
As part of this work, 8-foot-tall perimeter construction fencing will be installed. Starting Thursday, February 5th, there will be no access to the OCERS parking lot from Tustin Avenue or the driveway at the corner of Wellington and Tustin. Visitors should enter the parking lot using the other two driveways on Wellington Avenue
