Public Records Request Policy
The California Public Records Act requires inspection and/or disclosure of governmental records to the public upon request, unless exempted by law.
To submit a public records request, including records of compliance with ethical training requirements retained pursuant to Gov. Code § 53235.2., please complete the online Public Records Act Request Form or email prarequest@ocers.org.
OCERS will respond within 10 days with a determination as to whether your request, in whole or in part, seeks copies of disclosable public records. Following this determination, if the requested records are disclosable, OCERS will provide an estimated date and time when the records will be made available.
