OCERS Board Approves Final Construction Documents for Replacement Headquarters
At its July Board of Retirement meeting, the OCERS Board officially approved the final Construction Documents for the OCERS Replacement Headquarters project, marking a significant milestone as the project moves into its next phase.
The Construction Documents include the detailed architectural and engineering plans, design specifications, and operational requirements that will guide construction of the future headquarters.
Following the Board’s approval, the documents were signed by Board Chair Richard Oates, Building Committee Chair Jeremy Vallone, Deputy CEO Brenda Shott, and the remaining Trustees. The signed documents will be archived to commemorate this important milestone in OCERS history and the official beginning of the construction phase.
