Robert Allen Griffith was elected as Retired Member to the Board of Retirement in November 2004 and began serving his first term on January 1st, 2005.  Mr. Griffith is currently a member of the Audit Committee. 

Mr. Griffith is a native of Pocatello, Idaho, but because his father was in the Air Force while he was growing up, Mr. Griffith and his family lived in a variety of places including Mississippi, New Mexico, Goose Bay Labrador (in Canada), Texas, Nebraska, and Puerto Rico.  Mr. Griffith graduated from Cal State Fullerton, earning a bachelor's degree in Political Science/Public Administration in January 1969.
